7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
Shopioverse Online will cover the full return shipping cost. - If the product is being returned due to personal preference or a change of mind:
The customer will bear the return shipping cost.
In both cases, shipping fees (if any) from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
